Location: Vancouver Campus, Vancouver, BC, Canada; fully in-person/on-site with no work-from-home option. Shift work, including frequent evenings and weekends, is required.
Salary: $4,881.00–$5,255.00 CAD per month.

operates ORCA, a centralized campus-wide testing facility supporting online assessments across faculties, units, and departments on the Vancouver Campus.
What you will do
- Coordinate daily ORCA operations, including assessment scheduling, room availability, staffing, resource allocation, and final-exam support.
- Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and oversee student invigilators, including performance feedback, session audits, and coverage for absences.
- Respond to students, faculty, and staff, coordinate testing accommodations, and manage non-standard requests with course instructors and coordinators.
- Triage technical issues, exam access problems, misconduct reports, and medical emergencies, escalating matters to the appropriate IT, building operations, or academic contacts.
- Monitor testing demand, inventory, expenses, service usage, and operational trends to support data-driven planning and continuous improvement.
- Develop pilot-project guidance, training videos, and ORCA documentation for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- High school graduation, a two-year post-secondary diploma, and four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supervising and coordinating staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Experience providing first-level technical support is required.
- Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including professional business English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercise judgment, manage competing deadlines, and identify issues before they escalate.
- Ability to work fully on site in Vancouver and cover shifts outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Experience in online assessment operations, accessibility accommodations, inventory coordination, or process improvement.
