Technical Product Manager II: Digital Banking (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding California. Travel: 15%. Onsite interviews or in-person onboarding may be required for identity verification.

What you will do

• Help define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital banking domains.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, legal, marketing, and go-to-market teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Plan product implementation and support handoffs, including training and documentation.
• Work with financial institution partners through advisory groups, discovery sessions, and user research to identify needs and validate direction.
• Define and coordinate alpha and beta programs, track product adoption, and turn feedback into enhancement recommendations.
• Support marketing campaigns, maintain demo materials, train Sales, and participate in customer presentations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, technical business analysis, or hands-on development of owned apps or digital products.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
• Comfort working remotely with Slack, Google, and other modern remote-friendly tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Curiosity about how people interact with their finances and the ability to investigate underlying user problems.
• Experience collaborating with designers and engineers in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of research procedures for developing new technologies.
• Interest in using AI to improve product research, discovery, testing, and refinement.
