Sourcing Co-op Opportunities (HVAC)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States; onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours

Starting base pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Place and track purchase orders while learning the full sourcing process for direct and indirect materials.
• Analyze inventory levels, supplier data, market trends, and purchased-component forecasts.
• Research vendors and communicate about pricing, lead times, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
• Create supplier scorecards, monitor vendor quality incidents, and provide updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with logistics, materials specialists, engineering, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, vendor contracts, and strategic sourcing discussions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a related bachelor's degree program such as Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
• On track to graduate within the next three semesters or less.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity to improve processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ERP or SAP exposure is beneficial.
• Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
