Materials Scheduler

Location: Hybrid role based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, with three days per week onsite

Hourly salary: $25.55–$31.95

What you will do

• Develop and execute order management strategies for assigned suppliers and commodities.
• Create supply chain strategies for purchased components supporting multiple North American production locations.
• Evaluate supply strategy performance and adjust plans to meet business and manufacturing needs.
• Coordinate with master scheduling, production scheduling, SIOP, freight partners, plant operations, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, analyze performance trends, support special projects, and manage vendor relationships.
• Communicate forecast changes, delivery performance, and schedule updates with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Familiarity with MRP systems for production planning and inventory control.
• Previous purchasing or materials management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, APICS certification, and SAP ERP experience are preferred.
