Regional Manager - New Jersey North (Medical Devices)

Location: Morristown, New Jersey; must reside within the assigned region. Field-based position requiring daily work in hospitals, doctors' offices, and other medical establishments, with at least 60% travel.

Base salary: $150,000 per year. At-plan compensation including variable incentive compensation: $250,000.

What you will do

• Manage Territory Managers and Sales Associates across the assigned region.
• Plan, organize, and implement medical equipment sales programs while meeting order, revenue, and profit objectives.
• Build relationships with key accounts throughout the region.
• Hire, train, coach, retain, and develop sales professionals.
• Reinforce product positioning, monitor performance, analyze regional trends, and report findings.
• Work with the team in the field approximately four days per week and represent hirify.global professionally and ethically.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least three years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical devices, and/or pharmaceuticals.
• At least five years of medical equipment sales management experience, preferably in cardiology.
• Proven sales leadership and business acumen within the medical industry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Residence within the assigned region and availability for at least 60% travel, including occasional overnight and extended travel.
