Sr. Customer Operations Analyst

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $66,375–$90,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Coordinate internal teams to align customer needs with delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with customers on demand outlooks and delivery expectations.
• Manage customer orders and oversee delivery execution.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and resolve complex operational issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with customer relationship management, materials planning, order fulfillment, and supply chain planning or management.
• Ability to manage commitment risks and apply creative problem-solving to complex or contentious issues.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, organizational, project management, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
