Sr. Logistics & Customs Analyst

What you will do

• Review customs documents for CBP filing accuracy and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• File customs entries for Ocean/Land/Air imports and monitor timely filings per CBP guidelines.
• Assess HTS classification using GRIs and maintain part master records for new product lines imported into the U.S.
• Ensure proper and timely payment of duties, taxes, and other CBP-assessed charges; file PSCs and reconciliation entries when required.
• Monitor and track customs clearances, resolve delays/issues, and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
• Provide departmental/financial reporting and ad-hoc data analysis; support development of customs compliance procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in customs brokerage operations.
• Intermediate+ Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Access.
• Strong data analytics, problem-solving, reasoning, and influencing skills.
• Prior experience with U.S. ocean freight (import and export) and air freight operations.
• Understanding of International Trade Terms (Incoterms).

Nice to have

• CTPAT and/or ISA experience.
• Customs Broker License.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience with export processes and documentation.
