Operations Specialist with Dutch (Insurance): Handling insurance broker documentation, entering data into internal systems, and communicating with stakeholders across European operations with an accent on Dutch-language documentation, accuracy, and process efficiency. Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do
- Handle documentation received from insurance brokers using Dutch on a daily basis.
- Enter and maintain data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate with stakeholders across European operations.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and share ideas.
- Support services including policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, and sales support.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Dutch at B2 level.
- At least one year of professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance, a shared service center, or customer service.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and learn quickly.
