Solution Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define, scope, and prioritize solution strategy and analysis activities across assigned workstreams.
• Lead planning sessions with portfolio leaders, clinicians, business stakeholders, and matrixed teams.
• Analyze and improve business models, processes, workflows, and systems to support solution development.
• Identify root causes, quantify opportunities, and develop recommendations for operational and solution improvements.
• Prepare requirements, user stories, analytical documentation, presentations, reports, and communications.
• Embed performance indicators and regulatory, risk, and compliance controls into solution designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience and education.
• At least 3 years of experience in business consulting, business strategy, business analysis, business process analysis, or a related operational area.
• Strong facilitation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of business process modeling, Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, change execution, and process optimization.
• Understanding of healthcare-specific domains and the ability to use statistical assessment to quantify opportunities.
• Must work remotely from Pennsylvania, United States.
