Early Careers - Business Analyst Intern (Downers Grove)

Location: Hybrid role in Chicago, IL or Downers Grove, IL; flex employees are expected to work in the office at least three days per week. Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required.

Base pay: $19.13–$34.17 per hour.

What you will do

• Participate in a formal ten-week paid internship supporting business objectives and member-focused solutions.
• Own assigned project components and deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Research topics, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Support initiatives that improve business outcomes and member and client experience.
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation covering the project, results, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; sponsorship is not available.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree as a rising senior in business, data analytics, information technology, information systems, computer science, or another relevant major.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Available for the full ten-week internship and able to work in the Chicago or Downers Grove office at least three days per week.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with practical experience using Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Prior related technical internship or work experience.
