Onsite Director of Client Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, USA; requires travel at least 75% of the time.

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Implement and manage multiple dedicated client accounts within an assigned territory.
• Build client relationships through regular correspondence, site visits, and telephone check-ins.
• Monitor account metrics, financial performance, staffing needs, productivity, and service quality.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing customers and partner with sales to pursue and close business.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members while providing performance feedback.
• Resolve service issues, coordinate escalations with IT, and assess new products, contracts, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Medical Management.
• At least 4 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Required ROI experience.
• Leadership, decision-making, communication, listening, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Strong computer skills, confidentiality, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, and willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.

• RHIT certification.
