Business Systems Analyst 2

Location: Durant, Oklahoma, United States; 60% onsite and 40% remote. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Create requirements specifications, process maps, user interface guides, and functional and technical documentation.
• Conduct needs, organizational readiness, and impact assessments to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, project scopes, acceptance criteria, test plans, and user testing strategies with stakeholders.
• Execute test scripts, document defects and results, prepare training materials, and conduct user training.
• Provide status updates, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and maintain agendas, notes, and action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or four years of related work experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience, including two years supporting customer issues, implementing technical solutions, improving processes, or performing related functions.
• Knowledge of an end-user domain such as health, government, commerce, gaming, finance, legal, or human resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and Visio for creating process maps.
• Strong requirements analysis, facilitation, communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Interest in pursuing ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMI-PMP certification.
