ClickUp Traffic Manager

Location: Remote - Philippines

Salary: $8–$10 per hour

What you will do

• Manage and triage the daily Marketing Services task queue in ClickUp.
• Identify and resolve blocked, stuck, and overdue tasks within agreed SLAs.
• Build and maintain ClickUp dashboards showing task status, blockers, and overdue work.
• Create repeatable processes for collecting missing information from onboarding managers, marketing services staff, and practice success managers.
• Surface systemic bottlenecks to the appropriate owners using data and reduce ad hoc status checks.
• Improve task turnaround time and reduce the volume of aged tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in traffic management, project coordination, operations, or a similar coordination role.
• Ability to become proficient in ClickUp, HubSpot, and the CSP to gather context and unblock tasks.
• Experience building dashboards or reporting views that teams actively use.
• Strong judgment in distinguishing individual blocked tasks from systemic bottlenecks.
• Ability to work remotely from the Philippines.
