Project Manager (New Ventures)

Location: Amsterdam, with a minimum of 3 days per week from the Kalverstraat office. The role is hybrid, with additional options for remote work, and includes occasional travel to client sites.

What you will do

• Own the 3–6 month strategy for the preventative health check offering, including targets, progress monitoring, and adjustments.
• Lead the commercial go-to-market, including marketing, sales, client commercials, and training Commercial teams.
• Manage on-site health checks end to end, covering planning, logistics, participant communications, reporting, and feedback.
• Translate client feedback into product, process, and platform improvements with the Product team.
• Build scalable playbooks and expand the pool of medical experts with Recruitment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-moving environment such as a scale-up or consultancy.
• Strong strategic ownership, structured planning, independent execution, and the ability to manage ambiguity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across clients and internal teams.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially minded approach with end-to-end ownership.
• Solid Excel skills for planning, pricing, and margin analysis.
• Business-level Dutch and English required; German is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites is required.
