Sr. Software Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Compensation: $170,000–$200,000 annually, including base salary and a portion of variable compensation

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of multi-tenant cloud-native SaaS solutions.
• Deliver full-stack features using React, TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and S3.
• Resolve complex technical issues, architectural bottlenecks, and performance challenges.
• Lead the adoption of AI-driven development tools, AI-native workflows, and automation.
• Translate business priorities into shipped features through cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent the team’s technical direction and mentor junior software engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing highly scalable cloud-native applications across the full stack.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, React, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and S3.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, API integration, AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with observability and performance monitoring tools such as Grafana.
• Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, or workflow automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus strong communication skills.
