Senior AI Solutions Engineer (Microsoft AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and internal stakeholders to define business, data, security, operational, and budget requirements.
• Design and build production-grade AI applications, copilots, agents, and appropriately scoped multi-agent solutions.
• Build Microsoft 365 agents and extensibility solutions with Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, connectors, and plugins.
• Design enterprise grounding, retrieval, and data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI.
• Implement secure Azure architectures with Functions, Container Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
• Establish CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing, code review, monitoring, reusable engineering practices, and cost controls.

Requirements

• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in software, cloud, data, application, solution, or AI engineering.
• Recent hands-on experience delivering production AI applications or agents, including applied AI experience.
• Strong software engineering skills with Python and/or C#.
• Knowledge of enterprise grounding and RAG patterns, including search, embeddings, vector retrieval, structured data, documents, semantic models, and permission-aware data sources.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent education and experience, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications or Applied Skills in Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 agent development.
• GitHub Copilot certification and experience mentoring engineers or influencing cross-functional teams.
