Associate AI Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote, New Hampshire; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $86,000–$110,575 per year.

What you will do

• Build, test, integrate, and deploy enterprise AI applications, copilots, agents, and supporting components under senior engineering guidance.
• Create agent actions, tools, APIs, connectors, workflows, integrations, prompts, structured outputs, and tool-use flows.
• Develop AI solution components with Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent Builder, Power Platform, Azure, and Power BI.
• Build grounding and retrieval-augmented generation capabilities, evaluation datasets, and automated tests.
• Support Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Fabric pipelines, notebooks, lakehouses, warehouses, and semantic models.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, documentation, customer workshops, implementation sessions, troubleshooting, and production deployments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software, cloud, data, application, solution, automation, or AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience contributing to the design, build, testing, integration, or deployment of AI solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft AI and cloud technologies, including Azure AI services, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent Builder, and Power Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with .NET, REST APIs, GitHub or similar source control, automated testing, CI/CD, logging, tracing, monitoring, and telemetry.
• Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications or Applied Skills in Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 agent development.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot coding agents.
