VP of Integrated Supply Chain Residential HVAC

Location: Davidson, North Carolina; onsite Monday through Thursday, with Fridays flexible

Annual base salary: $274,312.50–$358,312.50

What you will do

• Lead integrated supply chain, manufacturing, materials, production control, purchasing, quality, planning, engineering, and EHS activities across multiple facilities.
• Develop manufacturing strategies, annual operating plans, long-range financial forecasts, capital investments, and capacity plans.
• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem solving, Kanban, Kaizen, value stream mapping, 5S, and cellular manufacturing.
• Improve plant safety, quality, first-pass yield, warranty performance, productivity, maintenance, facilities, and manufacturing engineering outcomes.
• Partner with residential and Americas supply chain leadership, plant teams, operational excellence, and senior executives to deliver growth and operational goals.
• Build organizational capability through talent development, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 15 years of manufacturing or plant operations leadership experience, preferably as a medium-to-large plant manager.
• Senior leadership experience supporting manufacturing and operations in a Fortune 500 company.
• Experience developing manufacturing strategies, leading large operations teams, and working in a heavily matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of finance, capital investment planning, technical problem solving, lean processes, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, organizational, and time-management skills with demonstrated integrity.
