Strategic Supply Chain Services Associate Director (Food & Burts)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid, with three days in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and two days working from home

Salary: $131,300–$316,700 annually, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone, location, skills, knowledge, and experience. The role is also eligible for participation in incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead the development and deployment of end-to-end business-unit supply chain strategy through strategic projects and initiatives.
• Evaluate network, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and planning options to improve service, cost, responsiveness, resilience, and supply assurance.
• Translate strategic decisions into project charters, execution roadmaps, resource plans, governance routines, and success measures.
• Lead the business-unit cost-savings program and margin-improvement initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and benefit validation.
• Develop financial and operational business cases, manage risks and trade-offs, and communicate executive-ready updates.
• Hire, develop, and manage the Strategic Project Manager team while coordinating with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, and business teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience across multiple disciplines, including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to improve supply chain performance, develop strategic and tactical options, and lead complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, business-finance knowledge, and ability to communicate complex conclusions clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence subordinates, peers, and senior executives.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain interdependencies and ability to prioritize planned and unplanned work.
• BS or BA degree required; MBA highly desirable.
