Associate Director of Network Flow (Channel Management)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Salary: $131,300–$263,900, $144,400–$290,300, or $157,600–$316,700 annually, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone and work location. Participation in incentive plans is also available.

What you will do

• Build and maintain an integrated logistics flow outlook across near-term, mid-range, and long-range planning horizons.
• Combine demand, supply, inventory, customer, deployment, warehouse, transportation, capacity, cost, and business-unit inputs into an executable plan.
• Identify bottlenecks, network imbalances, service and cost risks, capacity exposure, and flow opportunities before execution is affected.
• Develop scenarios covering flow paths, timing, node loading, deployment sequencing, transportation alternatives, and capacity responses.
• Translate analysis into recommendations, assumptions, value-at-stake assessments, decision deadlines, and executive-level communication.
• Establish standard work, governance, digital tools, dashboards, alerts, and capability-building practices for the Network Flow organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, engineering, analytics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, logistics, IBP, inventory, deployment, transportation, fulfillment, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience integrating complex functional plans and data into cross-functional scenarios and recommendations.
• Experience evaluating tradeoffs across service, cost, inventory, capacity, throughput, and execution stability.
• Ability to influence decisions across organizational boundaries, lead through ambiguity, and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with enterprise planning, ERP, transportation, warehouse, business-intelligence, scenario-modeling, automation, or AI-enabled platforms.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience building planning, control-tower, analytics, or operating-model capabilities.
