Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst (Fraud Analytics)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; or Phoenix, AZ

Base salary: $63,750.00–$116,875.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance inbound and outbound fraud mitigation strategies.
• Analyze transaction, fraud alert, and fraud loss data to identify opportunities for strategy improvements.
• Create, refine, and optimize fraud rules while monitoring performance and reporting key performance indicators.
• Support the launch and implementation of new fraud models, including strategies that leverage new model scores.
• Analyze transaction limits and evolving limit structures using SQL, Python/PySpark, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Build models, report templates, data-driven solutions, and actionable reports for business clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with analytical thinking, business analytics, business intelligence, data integration, performance metrics, and strategic planning.
• Ability to communicate findings, consult with business clients, and support predictive analytics and new data tools.
• Must work in an in-office arrangement at one of the specified U.S. locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
