Fraud Prevention Analyst Senior

Location: US WI MKE 4900; required hybrid schedule

What you will do

• Provide fraud analytics and strategic support for a dedicated client.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate first-party fraud risk while balancing customer experience and fraud loss prevention.
• Analyze fraud metrics and databases, identify emerging trends, and report on operational performance.
• Test, implement, and modify fraud strategies and develop internal and external fraud reports.
• Join fraud data with other sources to create end-to-end performance metrics and automate reporting where possible.
• Present findings, past performance, and future opportunities to clients and executive stakeholders while mentoring Fraud Prevention Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience preferred in data manipulation, script-building, Excel, and SQL.
• Experience with relational databases, research methods, sampling techniques, system testing, and advanced data mining.
• Several years of experience with BI tools such as Hyperion, SAS, Python, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, presentation, written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Current and future visa sponsorship are not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience writing or designing data-driven fraud rules.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Experience with report automation.
