Entry Level Engineering Rotation (Oil & Gas Business and Technical Development Program)

Location: Channelview, Texas; onsite five days a week at Houston-area facilities. Relocation to the Houston area is available and required.

Salary: $72,360–$108,540 per year

What you will do

• Complete three one-year rotations across teams within the Construction Services business unit.
• Support project management, customer order management, and project controls activities.
• Contribute to manufacturing, fabrication, packaging, machining, and robotic welding processes.
• Lead or support process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Apply root cause analysis, ProE CAD, AutoCAD for manufacturing, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, General Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, business and technical judgment, and a sense of urgency.
• Must be able and willing to relocate to the Houston area and work onsite five days a week.
