Electrical Engineer, Engineering Rotational Program (Mining)

What you will do

• Complete four project modules across global product engineering, manufacturing supply chain and operations, Sales & Service, and international product support over two years.
• Develop, maintain, and support engineering components, products, and services while improving engineering processes.
• Conduct engineering investigations, calculations, evaluations, and tests with defined requirements and outcomes.
• Develop conceptual solutions, investigate field problems, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support communication of engineering issues, compliance with global design and safety standards, and change management initiatives.
• Visit mines to observe machines in operation and understand their application parameters.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline required.
• Internship or full-time experience in engineering design, machine application, or the mining industry.
• Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
• Exposure to Lean Engineering, Change Management, cross-functional teams, project management, or technical societies is beneficial.
• Strong collaboration, adaptability, business acumen, leadership, and application-of-knowledge skills.
