Project Manager - Modernization (West Palm Beach)

What you will do

• Set up modernization jobs, change orders, job files, databases, purchase orders, and submittal books.
• Coordinate purchasing, scheduling, fabrication, material delivery, and project closeout.
• Follow up with customers, salespersons, modernization managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders on schedules and scope issues.
• Coordinate letters of intent, city permits, plan checks, DSA and OSHPD approvals, inspections, and agency communication.
• Prepare acceptances, process turnovers, and maintain project records through final acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the elevator or construction industry.
• Thorough knowledge of elevator equipment, construction, and installation procedures.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and manage abstract and concrete variables.
• Work location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States.
