Staff Product Marketing Manager (Cloud-Native Security)

Base salary: $183,000–$248,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage ongoing launches of new capabilities, features, and integrations for hirify.global Containers and related tooling.
• Drive growth initiatives and go-to-market plans around new launches, use cases, and software supply chain security challenges.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, presentations, and core content that communicate hirify.global’s value.
• Create enablement materials and support sales and sales engineering teams as a subject matter expert.
• Contribute to pricing and competitive analysis for hirify.global Containers.
• Collaborate with demand generation, corporate marketing, product management, and engineering on campaigns, events, and product strategy.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product marketing management experience in B2B technology.
• Experience with product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native software infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with open source software, enterprise security, engineering organizations, or technical products is preferred.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in highly collaborative, dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and compellingly.
