Solutions Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, with work from the San Francisco or Washington, D.C. office required at least once a month for cross-functional stakeholder engagement; the general policy expects staff to be in an office at least 25% of the time. Relocation flexibility may be available for an interim period.

What you will do

• Coordinate cybersecurity marketing strategy across enterprise security operations, threat intelligence, detection and response, governance, risk and compliance, and MSSP segments.
• Develop positioning, messaging, solution pages, campaign materials, and content for technical and non-technical security audiences.
• Support go-to-market launches for security capabilities, sector-specific offerings, and integrations with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives with cybersecurity partners and collaborate with communications on executive thought leadership.
• Build cybersecurity content calendars, event and speaking programs, demand-generation campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
• Measure campaign and channel performance, identify opportunities for iteration, and drive adoption and pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Direct experience marketing software products to security audiences and understanding how CISOs, SOC leaders, and security engineering teams evaluate and buy technology.
• Experience across content, campaigns, social, analytics, and sales enablement, with the ability to build programs in a 0-to-1 environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear narratives.
• Ability to learn security workflows, buyer dynamics, and compliance frameworks quickly and collaborate across product, sales, partnerships, communications, and marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco or Washington, D.C. office at least once a month and follow the hybrid office policy.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in cybersecurity, security operations, or security technology.
• Experience with security conferences such as RSA Conference, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk, or ISAC events.
• Enterprise sales enablement experience in complex or regulated industries.
• Experience building marketing programs from scratch at a growth-stage company.
• Understanding of responsible AI deployment and dual-use considerations in cybersecurity.
