Head of Product Marketing (AI Security)

hirify.global is building an AI Security and Governance Platform that provides visibility and protection across the AI lifecycle, from development to production and autonomous agents.

What you will do

• Own platform positioning and messaging, from category narrative to feature-level proof points.
• Build and lead the product marketing function, including hiring, team structure, and product ownership.
• Run end-to-end product launches, including tiering, timelines, and post-launch measurement.
• Define target segments and buyer personas, and maintain actionable competitive intelligence.
• Partner with Sales on enablement and mid- and bottom-funnel assets.
• Translate customer and market insights into Product roadmap input and align messaging with Demand Gen.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product marketing experience.
• Background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI.
• Previous experience managing a product marketing team.
• Startup experience in a fast-growing company with clearly defined personal ownership.
• A repeatable product launch model and strong opinions on product marketing organization and competitive analysis.
• Fluency in AI and security concepts, with the ability to engage in customer conversations.
