Software Program Manager - Scrum Master (Embedded)

Total compensation: from €52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement.

What you will do

• Coordinate tasks and allocate resources within the Software R&D team.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
• Track resource allocation, identify idle capacity, and align assignments and priorities with team leaders.
• Ensure planned activities remain consistent with budget constraints.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote agile practices across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Management Engineering.
• Previous experience as a Software Scrum Master, ideally in a technology or engineering company.
• Strong embedded software background.
• Strong planning and task management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Very good command of English; Italian and German are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of Italian and/or German.
