Senior IT Security Engineer (IoT)

Location: Berlin, Germany; largely remote, with offices in Berlin and Würzburg

What you will do

• Guide and coach teams and the organization in Agile practices.
• Help teams and individuals become self-managed and self-organized.
• Improve and scale organizational approaches, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and support a safe, trusting environment for healthy conflict management.
• Coach Product Management on Agile practices and support continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Product and Engineering leadership.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Scrum Master across different software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency, and servant leadership.
• Experience facilitating meetings and keeping participants focused and engaged.
• Knowledge of Agile approaches including Kanban, Scrum, Lean, and XP.
• Experience scaling Agile processes with frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, or SAFe, plus Agile development techniques including automated testing, user stories, TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and story splitting.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to learn new technical domains quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience organizing Agile events or speaking at Agile conferences.
