AV Fleet Technician (Autonomous Vehicles)

What you will do

• Execute vehicle maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, and assigned work orders.
• Work with autonomous vehicle components, including sensors, diagnostics, and system checks under guidance.
• Capture logs, photos, and diagnostic data and escalate issues through defined workflows.
• Follow SOPs and complete accurate documentation for all work performed.
• Participate in shift briefings, debriefs, handoffs, and daily fleet operations under the direction of senior technicians and leads.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fleet, automotive, or technical operations.
• Experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers.
• Hands-on electrical repair experience, including wiring harness repairs and connector termination.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, with basic maintenance or mechanical systems experience.
• Detail-oriented, safety-focused, reliable, and able to follow instructions and escalate issues clearly.
• Must work onsite in Lancaster, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience in a shop or garage environment.
• Exposure to autonomous vehicle systems or sensors.
• Familiarity with tools, inspections, or maintenance workflows.
