Catalog Specialist (Automotive Ecommerce)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin; remote or hybrid. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel is minimal and primarily local during business hours.

Manufactures and supplies engineered products and customized solutions for the RV, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle, and building products industries.

What you will do

• Add, update, organize, and audit products, categories, catalogs, and product information.
• Maintain consistent catalog listings and product data across e-commerce channels in line with brand, technical, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory availability, product changes, obsolescence, and digital merchandising requirements.
• Set up new products, gather product data, coordinate with other departments, and configure warehouse information in ShipperHQ when needed.
• Verify creative assets, links, promotions, product attribution, and cross-category e-commerce content.
• Provide product and application information and export and update product application guides from the PIM system.

Requirements

• Experience with online catalog and content management systems involving large, structured data sets.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows, including catalog and inventory management.
• Knowledge of automotive ACES and PIES and vehicle-product fitment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Automotive Content Professional (ACP) designation.
• Knowledge of Salsify and Cellacore Product Desk PIM systems.
• Knowledge of Magento.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
