Senior GTM Systems Administrator

hirify.global provides a software platform that helps organizations manage fleet operations and is developing its transportation technology business.

What you will do

• Own and optimize GTM data systems connected to Salesforce, including Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, and Slack integrations.
• Manage enrichment, deduplication, normalization, data hygiene, field mapping, and data quality processes.
• Design and maintain lead, contact, account, and opportunity routing logic, territory assignment, alerts, and SLA-based workflows.
• Translate business needs into process maps, system requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans, and rollout plans.
• Monitor integrations and data flows, troubleshoot sync, API, authentication, mapping, automation, and data quality issues.
• Partner with Salesforce administrators and GTM stakeholders on governance, permissions, automation handoffs, vendor relationships, and system improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Systems, Sales Operations, Business Systems, Marketing Operations, or a similar systems-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce-connected GTM systems and knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, reports, and permissions.
• Experience with GTM data platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, Workato, Crossbeam, Outreach, or Salesloft.
• Strong understanding of GTM data architecture, enrichment logic, matching and merge rules, routing, ownership, lifecycle stages, and data quality controls.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to explain trade-offs, risks, limitations, and recommended approaches.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
