Category Specialist (Hardgoods)

What you will do

• Resolve vendor tickets in line with service level agreements.
• Set up and implement promotions based on category manager direction.
• Onboard new vendors, SKUs, and assortments while troubleshooting issues.
• Work cross-functionally with supply chain, private label, finance, catalog, and promotions teams.
• Maintain vendor relationships through clear and thoughtful communication.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is desired.
• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in e-commerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance, or marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel required, with SQL as a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail, time management, data analysis, and organizational skills.
