Category Specialist (Hardgoods)

What you will do

• Resolve vendor tickets daily and weekly in line with service level agreements.
• Set up and implement promotions based on category manager direction.
• Onboard new vendors, SKUs, and assortments according to SLAs.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and raise concerns when necessary.
• Collaborate with supply chain, private label, finance, catalog, and promotion teams.
• Maintain vendor relationships and support category strategies through organized execution.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance, or marketing.
• A bachelor's degree is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel required and SQL is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-directed approach, attention to detail, time-management, data-analysis, and organizational skills.
