Senior Product Manager - Digital Brokerage & Investing Experience (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $114,000–$165,300 per year, with potential bonus participation for non-sales positions.

What you will do

• Define the vision, roadmap, and product strategy for digital brokerage, Stock Plan Services, and native investing experiences.
• Connect hirify.global Personal Dashboard, OptionTrax, Pershing NetX Investor, and emerging brokerage capabilities into cohesive customer journeys.
• Own end-to-end experiences for stock plan participants, including equity awards, holdings, transactions, accounts, and transitions into broader investing.
• Translate complex brokerage, equity compensation, regulatory, operational, and technology requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
• Partner with engineering, design, research, operations, compliance, business teams, and external brokerage and technology providers from discovery through launch.
• Use research, analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to measure and improve adoption, engagement, satisfaction, transaction behavior, asset retention, and consolidation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including complex digital consumer financial products.
• Direct experience with digital brokerage, Stock Plan Services, equity compensation, or investing products.
• Understanding of brokerage journeys such as account opening, funding, positions and balances, trading, transactions, statements, servicing, and portfolios.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle and working across internal platforms and third-party providers.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, product judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of directly relevant experience in Stock Plan Services, brokerage, or investing.
• Experience with restricted stock, employee stock purchase plans, stock options, or similar equity compensation programs.
• Experience modernizing direct-to-consumer brokerage experiences or integrating clearing, custody, and stock plan infrastructure.
• Fintech experience, knowledge of emerging investing trends, and experience in regulated financial services.
• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
