Geothermal Project Manager

Salary: USD 100,000–125,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary geothermal projects from kickoff through execution and closeout.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, deliverables, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate technical teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders across multiple offices and locations.
• Monitor project performance, risks, change orders, contract modifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, lead project meetings, and provide updates on progress, risks, budgets, and next steps.
• Support proposals and client pursuits, mentor team members, and share project best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, science, construction management, environmental science, business, or a related field from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible consulting, engineering, technical, operational, or project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, client communications, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience serving as a client interface and delivering projects from initiation through closeout.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record where business travel is required.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional certification, professional registration, or an applicable technical certification.
• Experience with P6 scheduling software.
• Geothermal experience.
