Data Migration Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Salary: United States $55,000–$60,000 annually; Canada CA$80,000–CA$85,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of new CRM customers and serve as the data point of contact throughout onboarding.
• Analyze source Excel data, identify structural and quality issues, and prepare complex import rules for software engineers.
• Perform pre-migration audits, validation checks, and post-migration reconciliation to maintain data integrity.
• Document data maps, transformation logic, migration progress, and encountered issues.
• Resolve import errors and data discrepancies during and after migration.
• Coordinate client strategy, project status, and service delivery with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and development teams.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including common functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada or the United States.
