Final Test Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite manufacturing role with shifts available Monday–Thursday or compressed Friday–Sunday weekends. Requires up to 20% travel, including overseas customer sites.

Salary: $29.14–$49.27 per hour, plus eligibility for a 10% second-shift differential and an incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Execute quality-control testing on newly built ion implantation systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose functionality problems discovered during testing.
• Implement corrective actions to enable testing to continue.
• Document test interventions to support preventive actions across manufacturing and design teams.
• Travel to customer sites to support onsite testing and production readiness of newly delivered systems.
• Collaborate with assemblers, design and software engineers, management, customers, vendors, and operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, computer, or biomedical engineering, physics, or a related engineering or physical science discipline.
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and subsystems.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including China, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, the United States, and the European Union.
• Level is determined by qualifications and experience.
