Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Hard Home)

Location: United States, Remote

Base salary: $164,000–$240,000 USD per year; bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Define and execute procurement category strategies, commercial roadmaps, vendor distribution plans, and cost-reduction targets for hard home categories.
• Lead competitive, end-to-end RFP processes with international manufacturing partners, from vendor identification through award and commercial negotiation.
• Create and apply component-level clean sheets, approve buy plans, and establish launch and scale costing for finished goods and materials.
• Partner with material managers, sourcing teams, merchandising, production, technology, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to improve cost, availability, quality, and supply continuity.
• Build an AI agent for systematic RFP execution and scenario analysis in 2026.
• Identify value-creation opportunities through verticalization, volume consolidation, commodity management, and upstream sourcing.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within consumer goods or retail.
• Proven experience running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
