Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Soft Home - Bedding)

Location: United States, Remote

Base salary: $164,000–$240,000 USD per year; bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Define and execute procurement category strategy, commercial roadmaps, vendor distribution plans, and short- and long-term targets for soft home and bedding categories.
• Own end-to-end competitive RFP processes, from vendor identification through award, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with international manufacturing partners.
• Create and use component-level clean sheets, approve buy plans, and establish launch and scale costing for finished goods and upstream materials.
• Partner with material managers, sourcing teams, merchandising, production, technology, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to improve cost, quality, availability, and margin.
• Deliver a 700-basis-point product cost reduction over the next 12 months and build an AI agent for systematic RFP execution and scenario analysis in 2026.
• Identify value-creation opportunities through verticalization, volume consolidation, commodity strategies, and new supply-chain models for materials such as cashmere, silk, and linen.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within consumer goods or retail.
• Proven experience running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
