Sr Product Owner, Product Management and Digital Experience

What you will do

• Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders, customers, and market data to inform product decisions.
• Own and prioritize large, complex product backlogs based on business value.
• Coordinate roadmap planning, quarterly planning, sprint reviews, and high-impact product releases.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories while aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define KPIs, monitor product metrics, and mentor Product Owners and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; 5+ years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Product Owner in Agile Development.
• 5+ years leading large projects with budgets of $1 million or more and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Certified Product Owner, SAFe certification, or 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience with prioritization techniques such as MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort, and Kano Model.
• Advanced understanding of system documentation, APIs, Pub/Sub architectures, and AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in the dental, healthcare, or retail industry.
• Experience working with multi-state healthcare services.
