Supplier Management Manager

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, from due diligence and onboarding to ongoing service reviews.
• Operate and improve a risk-tiered supplier due diligence framework covering financial standing, information security, data protection, sanctions, financial crime, and ESG.
• Manage SLA/KPI reporting, issue remediation, contractual obligations, under-delivery, scope creep, and unbilled changes.
• Lead the setup, configuration, rollout, and adoption of Vanta as the single source of truth for supplier risk and contract data.
• Maintain the contract register and forward-looking renewals pipeline, preventing automatic renewals without commercial review.
• Support audits, customer assurance requests, supplier negotiations, consolidation, and savings opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supplier or third-party risk management or procurement operations.
• Hands-on supplier due diligence and onboarding experience in a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and supplier information security assessments.
• Experience managing contract registers, obligations, renewals, and negotiation support.
• Confidence using GRC or supplier management platforms such as Vanta.
• Strong data discipline and accurate record keeping.

Nice to have

• Experience in businesses with TSA, ISO 27001, or similar regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience implementing a new system and driving adoption across a business.
