Staffing Partner

Location: Fully remote from one of the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, or DC. The role requires work from the contiguous United States.

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Monitor staffing demand and internal resource supply, including project roll-offs, staffing cliffs, bench needs, leave returns, and new requests.
• Identify internal staffing opportunities based on skills, experience, availability, and project requirements.
• Coordinate employee transitions, onboarding, backfills, and project changes with employees and Program Managers.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on external hiring pipelines when internal resources are uhirify.globalilable.
• Maintain accurate staffing data across Jira, Workday, Greenhouse, dashboards, and related operational systems.
• Communicate with Client Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Contracts, leadership, and other stakeholders while escalating staffing risks and exceptions.

Requirements

• Experience in staffing, resource management, workforce planning, recruiting, project operations, program operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organization, judgment, communication, relationship-building, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed decisions independently, and proactively identify staffing gaps.
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, Jira, Workday, Greenhouse, and other operational systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and residence in an eligible listed state are required.
• Work authorization must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future; government background checks or security clearance may be required.
