What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants to foster strong culture and accountability.
• Oversee customer implementations including data gathering, platform configuration, and training.
• Support troubleshooting of technical issues related to data and workflows.
• Ensure quality and consistency by reinforcing methodology and standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align expectations and improve processes.
• Manage project portfolio health, risks, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Must have 3 years of project delivery experience in SaaS.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with government budgeting, finance, procurement, permitting, or asset management.
• ETL tools, macros, and Visual Basic skills.
• Experience delivering training or support in regulated environments.
