Senior Product Manager I (API Platform)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; remote-first role with in-person company and team events throughout the year.

hirify.global is an online education platform within the Hotmart ecosystem, helping creators, experts, and businesses build and scale courses, coaching programs, memberships, and digital downloads.

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for hirify.global's integration and platform extensibility capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize use cases for creator automation, technology integrations, and custom solutions across courses, coaching, memberships, and downloads.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and commercial narratives for technical platform capabilities.
• Grow the partner ecosystem by enabling agencies and developers to build on the platform and exploring new monetization models.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, well-documented APIs and a seamless developer and creator experience.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience with API-first and MCP products, platforms, or developer tools.
• Experience defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and leading go-to-market efforts for technical products.
• Ability to use data and insights to guide product decisions and measure impact.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics, user adoption, and retention strategies for platform products.
• Familiarity with modern API design, technical documentation, and ecosystem development.
• Strategic, customer-focused, and collaborative approach to solving complex technical and market problems.

• Experience in SaaS or the creator economy.
