Lead Product Manager (Telecom): Owning Connect API value streams for a regulated MVNE and Telco-as-a-Service platform with an accent on product strategy, partner integrations, and regulatory compliance. Focus on coordinating parallel API streams, resolving cross-platform dependencies, and translating KYC, telco regulation, fraud, billing, and payment requirements into reliable product delivery.
Location: Hybrid role based in Lisbon, Portugal or Berlin, Germany; travel mostly within Europe once or twice per quarter.

What you will do
- Own Connect API value streams across strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, commercial performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Set multi-quarter product direction and sequencing while balancing partner commitments with structural improvements.
- Coordinate multiple parallel streams and manage dependencies across Connect API teams and the wider platform.
- Define precise requirements, acceptance criteria, scope, and delivery timelines.
- Embed KYC, EU telecommunications regulation, number portability, and fraud controls into everyday product decisions.
- Align executives, partners, carriers, national regulators, and product managers across the domain.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, primarily in B2B or B2B2X environments.
- At least 1 year of experience leading product managers and managing multiple value streams in parallel.
- Strong technical understanding of API platforms, including API design and lifecycle, partner integrations, authentication, webhooks, events, and versioning.
- Experience with regulated products and compliance, including KYC, GDPR, telecommunications, or payments, as well as billing and payment flows.
- Strong senior stakeholder management across engineering, commercial, finance, legal, compliance, executives, and external partners.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience in telecommunications, eSIM, or another heavily regulated platform environment.
- MBA degree.
