Staff Product Manager, Developer Ecosystem (AI)

Location: Utah, United States; hybrid with regular in-office days each week

What you will do

• Own the integration-category roadmap and make build, co-build, or aggregate decisions aligned with partnership commitments and revenue goals.
• Lead the public API and SDK roadmap, including exposure priorities, versioning standards, and developer-ready contracts.
• Run the developer portal as a product, covering registration, authentication, app management, integration patterns, and documentation.
• Own hirify.global’s presence in AI assistant ecosystems and marketplaces, including MCP-based connector strategy and third-party review processes.
• Define authorization and access decisions for partners and AI agents in collaboration with security and identity teams.
• Measure ecosystem performance through developer adoption, time to first integration, category coverage, and influenced revenue.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with developer platforms, public APIs, or partner ecosystems.
• Experience owning partner-sourced revenue commitments and translating commercial goals into product roadmaps.
• Strong technical depth in API design, authentication, versioning, scoping, and deprecation.
• Experience making build-versus-partner-versus-aggregate decisions and aligning teams without direct authority.
• Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, architects, commercial stakeholders, and executives.
• AI is expected to be integrated into everyday product work, including prototyping and critical analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent protocols such as MCP or connectors for third-party marketplaces.
• Partner or marketplace ecosystem product management in a SaaS company.
• Familiarity with fine-grained authorization for third-party and machine access.
• Experience mentoring product managers as a senior individual contributor.
