What you will do

• Manage written and telephone communication with all parties involved in insurance claims.
• Process and resolve claims independently, accurately, and within required timelines.
• Assess coverage, liability, and claim validity using documentation and case details.
• Settle justified claims and support the rejection or defense of unjustified claims.
• Maintain complete case records and high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver solution-oriented customer service.

Requirements

• Completed training or qualification in insurance, finance, law, or a comparable field.
• Previous experience in claims handling, ideally involving motor or property insurance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Very good written and spoken German is required.
• Empathetic, customer-focused, independent, careful, and proactive approach to work.
• Team-oriented and positive attitude.
