Senior Legal Counsel Finance (m/w/d)

What you will do

• Own complex finance-related legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for hirify.global GmbH and its subsidiaries.
• Advise executives and senior stakeholders on legal risks, strategic options, commercial implications, and governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-value finance agreements and legal instruments, including complex cross-border transactions.
• Provide advice on corporate governance, entity structures, board documentation, and regulatory matters.
• Represent hirify.global before authorities, courts, shareholder and supervisory bodies, and industry forums when required.
• Manage external counsel and lead cross-functional legal projects, while contributing to policies, processes, templates, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Two German State Examinations in Law are mandatory.
• Senior legal experience in an international law firm or international in-house legal department, including complex cross-border and business-critical matters.
• Strong finance law expertise covering intra-group and external loans, syndicated loans based on LMA standards, security and collateral, trade finance, receivables financing, and related accounting matters.
• Broader knowledge of corporate, commercial, regulatory, capital markets, trading, or infrastructure law.
• Experience independently leading complex negotiations and finalising sophisticated legal documentation.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German are required.
