Legal Counsel (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage EPC, supply, procurement, service, customer, and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal support throughout the customer lifecycle, from sales and contract negotiations through project delivery and after-sales services.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual obligations, commercial risks, legal implications, and risk mitigation measures.
• Support customer, supplier, and business-partner relationships across European operations.
• Advise on product compliance, regulatory matters, corporate initiatives, and general corporate legal matters.
• Improve legal processes, templates, and operational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a European jurisdiction.
• At least 5 years of professional legal experience in-house or in a law firm.
• Experience drafting, interpreting, and negotiating complex commercial and project-based agreements.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, industrial, construction, energy, renewable energy, or technology projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or an equivalent legal qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or the broader energy sector.
• Knowledge of EPC contracting, procurement arrangements, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Fluency in German and/or Polish.
• Experience improving legal processes and operational efficiencies.
